Arrival information
Parking is available at Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood located at 3400 Warner Blvd., Burbank, CA 91505.
After you park, please make your way to the Tour Entry elevators. You will find the Superman Experience entrance on the ground floor.

Security & Identification Requirements
For everyone’s safety, all guests ages 18 and up must show valid government-issued photo identification to enter a tour. We accept the following types of photo ID:
- A valid government-issued driver’s license
- A valid state-issued identity card (U.S. guests only)
- A valid passport
Please note:
Visitors cannot enter the backlot without a valid photo ID. At Warner Bros., we care about the safety and security of our guests. You will be required to pass through a metal detector before entering the Tour Center. Bags are also subject to a security screening before entering the Tour Center.

Age restriction
We welcome guests 5 years of age and older. Children under the age of 5 are not permitted at the Superman Experience. Ages 5 to 17 must be accompanied by an adult. If you have any questions, please call us at (818) 977-8656 or email info@supermanexperience.com.
Photography & video
Superman Experience is located at Warner Bros. Studios. Photography is allowed in certain locations, but not all. Our staff will let you know when it’s okay to take pictures. Video is not allowed. For press visits, contact us.

Guests can purchase delicious bites and themed drinks, for children and adults alike, after the experience.
Shopping
Once you’ve completed your action-packed experience, be sure to pick up commemorative apparel, authentic gifts and classic souvenirs from the official Superman Experience giftshop.

Terms and conditions apply: ______________________________. Ticket is valid only for one person on the date and at the time listed. Ticket is nonrefundable and nontransferable. No smoking or being under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol permitted during the experience. No firearms or other weapons are allowed on WB premises. All guests, bags and other items are subject to screening and security checks. All guests must follow WB policies and procedures when on WB premises. WB shall not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property or tickets. WB reserves the right to deny admission or continued access at any time. Limited photography is permitted as directed by WB experience guides. Certain services and areas of visitation may change or be discontinued without notice. Entry onto WB premises constitutes consent for WB to use any film, video or reproduction of your image and/or voice for any purpose whatsoever without payment. Participation in the experience may at times involve intense physical exertion, which could result in unexpected health effects including without limitation bodily injury. The experience is not recommended for individuals who have medical sensitivity to flashing lights, strobe effects, 3D effects or motion capture. Guests are advised to consult a doctor to confirm participation is appropriate based on their current health status. By participating in the experience, guests acknowledge they understand these risks and warnings, and have agreed to accept all risks, both specifically identified and unknown. This ticket is issued on the condition that the guest hereby agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. and each of its affiliated or related entities, and each of their agents, directors, officers, employees, shareholder, successor and assigns (“WB”) from any and all claims, losses or damages of every kind and nature whatsoever, including without limitation any and all claims of bodily or personal injury or death to any person, damage to any property, or other loss, arising from or in connection with the experience. Parents and/or legal guardians hereby consent to their dependent’s participation on these terms and conditions.
